We offer two channel of communication to deliver timely support to customers:
Email. Email messages sent to help@wingswept.com are integrated into our ticketing system which are routed to an available engineer who can solve your problme. This is seen as the most timely way to contact us, because it automatically creates a service ticket and directly alerts all technicians so the first available one will contact you to serve your needs.
Telephone. This is for emergencies and more urgent IT matters. To access the help desk please call (919) 600-5100. Voicemails also create a task in our ticketing system. A wide range of methods for handling denied messages are offered with WingSwept's email management product to make sure you never lose an email.
